Mandela’s grandsons express solidarity with IIOJK people
Say Kashmiris should be given right to self-determination
Johannesburg, August 06 (KMS): South African leaders, Mandla Mandela and Prince Dlamini, have paid tribute to the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Youm-e-Istehsal, observed across the world on Thursday, the 5th August.
Mandla Mandela, Nelson Mandela’s grandson, in a video message stated that the struggle of the Kashmiri people is their struggle and the South African people send a message of peace and security to the Kashmiris.
He expressed solidarity with the Kashmiris in their struggle for securing their right to self-determination and said that they [South Africans] will continue their support to the Kashmiri people until their struggle succeeds.
He said all peace-loving nations are standing alongside Kashmir and its people. He added that India should be ready to face the consequences of its crimes against humanity,
Nelson Mandela’s step-grandson, Prince Dlamini, also stated that the Kashmir dispute is a global one. He further stated that Kashmiris and Palestinians should be given the right to choose their fate by themselves.
Dlamini demanded of the Britain to step forward and help resolve the Kashmir dispute. He said that India should step up and settle the Kashmir dispute with Pakistan.
