Anjuman Sharie Shian president pays tribute to Hazrat Ali on martyrdom anniversary
Srinagar: President of Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman Sharie Shian,Aga Syed Hassan Al-Mosavi Safavi, paid rich tribute to Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (A.S) on the anniversary of his martyrdom. Addressing thousands of mourners at the central Imam Bargha in Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir, he emphasized the profound impact of the great Imam’s martyrdom, stating that it deprived the world of the benevolence of Vilayat.
Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib, revered in Islam as a pillar of strength and the most significant aid to Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him), was hailed by Aga Hassan as exemplary in multiple dimensions. Describing him as a warrior in Jihad, a just ruler as Khalifah, a philosopher, an originator of knowledge, and a symbol of purity as Imam, Aga Hassan highlighted Hazrat Ali’s diverse roles and virtues.
“A true embodiment of devotion,” Aga Hassan remarked, “Hazrat Ali’s life exemplifies the essence of Islam.” He emphasized that the martyrdom of Hazrat Ali, occurring in a disillusioning manner, serves as a stark reminder to those who fail to discern between good and evil. Referring to the poison-dipped sword that fatally wounded Ali’s revered head, Aga Hassan condemned the malice in the hearts of those opposed to justice, equating their actions with a betrayal of Islamic principles.
In his statement, Aga Hassan reiterated that Hazrat Ali’s martyrdom signifies a rejection of injustice and the superficiality of those who undermine Islam’s true essence. He urged followers to uphold the values of justice and righteousness embodied by Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib.
