Dead body of youth recovered from Jhelum river in Srinagar
Srinagar, March 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, locals on Thursday recovered a body of a youth from river Jhelum near cement bridge in Qamarwari area of Srinagar.
The body was recovered from the river on Thursday afternoon. The body has been shifted to a local hospital for postmortem and other medico-legal formalities.
An official said the body is likely to be of a Budgam youth who had drowned in Jhelum around 20 days ago.
“His family members have been called to identify the body,” he said.
