Charge sheet against 3 persons including Kashmiri student studying in Pakistan filed
Srinagar, May 03 (KMS): A special investigation team formed by the police in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) has filed charge a sheet against a Kashmiri student studying at a Pakistani university, his father and another person in a false case of terrorist activities and providing information across the border.
The authorities said the charge sheet has been filed against Asif Shabir Naik, a student from Kasti Garh area of Doda district in Jammu region, his father Shabir Hussain Naik and Safdar Hussain under various provisions of anti-terrorism law. Asif Shabbir Naik was studying at the International Islamic University in Islamabad. He was recently arrested at Srinagar airport on false charges.
