Modi regime blocks Apps, website, social media accounts of Punjab Politics TV
New Delhi, February 22 (KMS): Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government has blocked applications, website and social media accounts of foreign-based Punjab Politics TV, which is linked to Sikh representative organisation, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ).
The Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued an order today (Tuesday) to block applications, website and social media accounts of Punjab Politics TV. The order alleged that the channel was attempting to use an online platform to disturb public order during assembly elections in the Indian state of Punjab.
The order said that the Ministry used emergency powers under IT Rules on 18th February to block the digital media resources of Punjab Politics TV.
It is to mention here that the US-based Sikhs For Justice is spearheading the campaign for Khalistan, the separation of Punjab from India and making it an independent homeland for the Sikhs. It has also released a map showing not only Punjab but also Haryana and Himachal Pradesh as part of Khalistan.
