Kashmiris fighting to accomplish unfinished agenda of Partition: Speakers

Peshawar: Speakers at a seminar said that Kashmiris are fighting for the completion of the unfinished agenda of the Partition of subcontinent, under which Jammu and Kashmir was to be part of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The event was organized by Human Welfare and Justice Organization at Degree College Buner in Buner, KP province of Pakistan.

APHC-AJK Convener Mahmood Ahmad Saghar and other Hurriyat leaders including Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Altaf Hussain Wani, Muhammad Sultan Butt and Zahid Safi while addressing the seminar expressed the resolve that India would have to leave occupied Jammu and Kashmir, one day.

The speakers urged the international community to play its role to end the illegal occupation of India. They said that human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir have been going on for more than seven decades and they decried the double standards of the international community.

The seminar was also addressed by Heshmat Khan, Shahzad Akbar, Maulana Jameel and Tilak Singh.
