Srinagar court refuses PDP leader Waheed Parra permission to travel outside Kashmir for ailing father’s treatment
Srinagar: A Srinagar court rejected a plea by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) youth President Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra, seeking permission to travel outside Jammu and Kashmir for his father’s cancer treatment for a year.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra was re-arrested in January this year only three days after a special National Investigation Agency court granted him bail in a case related to the arrest of a police officer and two youth.
Waheed Parra had filed an application before the Special Judge Sandeep Gandotra of the Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) court, seeking permission to travel outside the territory for his father’s medical treatment who is suffering from cancer.
