Detaining Kashmiris under black laws grave human rights violation: APHC

Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that detention of Hurriyat leaders, activists and ordinary people under draconian laws is sheer violation of human rights In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
