NIA court issues proclamation notice against youth in Budgam
Srinagar: The India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) court has issued a proclamation notice against a pro-freedom activist in Budgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, on the charge-sheet on fake case filled by District Police, Budgam, the court of Additional Sessions Judge of Budgam designated NIA dreaded court under its black Act has issued a proclamation against one pro-freedom Aaqib Ahmad Shergojri in Budgam.
The court labelled him in a case registered under black law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) at Chadoora Police Station in Budgam district.
In this regard, notices were affixed at visible places, including on the main gate of the house of the said ‘militant’, by police asking the proclaimed absconder to appear before the trial court by October 3, the police spokesperson said.
