Islamabad 09 (KMS): FAST University of Islamabad organized a seminar in connection with “Kashmir Solidarity Day”.
Speakers at the seminar while expressing full solidarity with the oppressed people of Jammu and Kashmir under the illegal occupation of India said that the sacrifices of Kashmiris for freedom from Indian domination will surely pay off one day.
They said that Modi’s fascist government has failed to suppress the voice of Kashmiris despite using all its nefarious tactics.
APHC-AJK chapter General Secretary Sheikh Abdul Matin in his address said that the Kashmir valley has become a hell due to Indian atrocities.
He said that Kashmiris had passed the resolution of accession to Pakistan on July 19, 1947 even before the creation of Pakistan, but India, contrary to the wishes of Kashmiris, usurped their right to self-determiantion. He said that the Modi government has broken all the records of atrocities in the occupied territory, but the morale of the Kashmiris is still high and they will take their struggle to its logical end.
Former AJK Minister Farzana Yaqub said that the people of the occupied Kashmir are facing Indian atrocities and restrictions on a large scale. She said that Pakistan is a great advocate of subjugated Kashmiris, which is effectively highlighting Indian oppression and tyranny at international forums.
