Srinagar, February 04 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a court of India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) has sentenced a Kashmiri youth to over four years imprisonment.
A Special Judge of NIA court in Islamabad district sentenced the youth, Dawood Ahmed Dar, for four years and 8 months jail for his affiliation with the ongoing freedom movement.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on him failing which he would undergo simple imprisonment of six months more.
Dawood Ahmad Dar, a resident of Ashmuji area of Kulgam district, was arrested by Indian police on August 01, 2018.
