Imphal, February 04 (KMS): A powerful bomb explosion took place in Imphal, the capital of the Indian state of Manipur, on Saturday.
The bomb blast occurred near the venue of a fashion show event in Hatta Kangjeibung area of Imphal.
However, no injuries were reported in the incident that took place as the actress Sunny Leone is scheduled to attend on Sunday, an official said.
The explosion occurred only 100 metres away from the venue.
