Anti-India rally taken out in Muzaffarabad

Muzaffarabad, January 27 (KMS): International Forum for Justice Human Rights Jammu and Kashmir today held a protest rally in Muzaffarabad against the sad incidents of massacre of innocent people by the Indian occupation troops in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

During the 1990s, Indian soldiers killed hundreds of people in unprovoked firing on protesterss in Srinagar, Sopore, Handwara, Kupwara, Zakora and other places in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Most of the massacres took place in the month of January.

The protest rally was taken out from Ambor to Tunnel Chowk under the leadership of Mushtaqul Islam, vice chairman of International Forum for Justice Human Rights, Jammu and Kashmir. The participants of the rally raised slogans against India.

Leader of People’s Party Shaukat Javed Mir, Javed Mughal of All Pakistan Muslim League, Senior Vice Chairman Muhajiran Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Feroze Deen and others participated in the rally.

Mushtaq Islam and other speakers in their addresses paid tribute to the martyrs of the massacre and said that the sacrifices of the martyrs would not be allowed to go waste. They said that the Indian soldiers involved in the horrific incidents of massacre are walking free while the victims’ families are struggling for justice. The speakers appealed to human rights organizations and the international community to take notice of serious crimes against humanity committed by India in the occupied territory
