Srinagar, January 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a civilian was injured in a grenade attack in Eidgah area of Srinagar on Sunday.
Srinagar police in a tweet said, “One grenade was lobbed by militants in Eidgah area which caused minor splinter injury to one person namely Ajaz Ahmed Deva.”
The injured civilian has been taken to hospital and his condition is stated to be out of danger.
Indian forces’ personnel launched a cordon and search operation in the area.
Earlier, Congress has hinted at three blasts in IIOJK as a conspiracy against Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as it resumed from Hiranagar in Kathua district on Sunday after a day’s break.
