New Delhi, December 21 (KMS): A Delhi Court has granted bail to Javaid Ahmed Lone, an Imam from Ganderbal district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He was framed under a ridiculous terror-funding charge.

The court in its order said helping a person build a house or providing financial help to a man for his daughter’s medical treatment cannot be considered as incriminating.

In its chargesheet, India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) had alleged that Javaid Ahmed Lone was a member of Jamaat-e-Islami which was involved in pro-freedom and anti-India activities in IIOJK by collecting funds through foreign donations in the name of charity and “using them for these activities.
