Srinagar, December 03 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) has launched raids at multiple locations across the Kashmir Valley.
Officials said the SIA sleuths along with the Indian paramilitary and police personnel launched raids at the houses of Hurriyat activists in Srinagar, Badgam, Baramulla, Kupwara and Bandipora districts.
Searches were carried out at the residences of Mohammad Ashraf (Hurriyat leader) at Barzulla in Srinagar and Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, a resident of Nadirgund Peerbagh. The house of Mohammad Sayeed Butt, a resident of Dard Harie Kralpora, Kupwara, was also searched by the investigation agency.
The SIA sleuths also searched the house of Muzaffer Hussain Butt, a resident of Arampora Pattan, Baramulla district.
An official confirmed the raids and said multiple teams from the SIA searched twelve locations in Kashmir.
The raids were going on till last reports came in.
