NIA court sentences 5 Kashmiris to life imprisonment
New Delhi, November 28 (KMS): Five Kashmiris were sentenced for life and another for five years of rigorous imprisonment as an Indian infamous National Investigation Court (NIA) special court in New Delhi on Monday pronounced sentences in a false case registered against them.
According to Kashmir Media Service, those who were sentenced for life included Sajad Ahmad Khan of Pulwama, Bilal Ahmad Mir of Tral, Pulwama, Muzaffar Ahmad Butt, Tral, Pulwama, Ishfaq Ahmad Butt of Khalpora, Islamabad, and Meraj-ud-din Chopan, Handoora, Pulwama, while Tanveer Ahmed Ganie of Mandoora, Pulwama, was convicted for five years imprisonment.
