Lucknow, November 25 (KMS): India’s notorious National Investigation Agency has filed a supplementary chargesheet against a resident of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
A spokesperson of NIA in a statement said that the probe agency filed supplementary chargesheet, today (Friday) against Danish Naseer, a resident of Kishtwar district of Jammu region. He has been accused of hatching conspiracy to carry out militant attacks at different places in Indian state of Uttar Pradesh and other parts of India.
The case was initially registered on 12 September 2018 at a police station in Lucknow and re-registered by the NIA on 24 September 2018 under various sections of Indian Penal Code and draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
It is worth mentioning here that Indian police are notorious for arresting innocent Kashmiris in India and implicate them in false cases.
