Karnataka MLA Tanveer Seth lodges police complaint after life threat by Hindu activist

Mysore, November 19 (KMS): Congress leader and Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, Tanveer Sath, has lodged a police complaint saying that a Hindutva activist has threatened to kill him.

Tanveer Seth was threatened by an activist of Bajrang Dal, Raghu, after he announced to erect the statue of the “Llion of Mysore”, Tipu Sultan.

The Congress leader filed a complaint at the Udayagiri police station in Mysore, maintaining that he was threatened for life by the Hindu activist.

Raghu in a video apart from demanding of Tanveer Seth to retract his statement and apologise has also threatened to fix 3 to 6 feet if the statement is not retracted. The threatening video has gone viral on social media. Tanveer Seth has demanded legal action against Raghu.
