Ayub Sarjan in a statement said that the Constitution had given reservation to Dalits, Muslims and Christians, but the Congress changed the law and abolished the reservation.
He said since the reservation of the said communities has been abolished, they have become economically and politically very backward. He added that the Congress has done injustice to Dalits, Muslims and Christians by abolishing the reservation on the basis of religion. If the ban is not removed, the Peace Party will move the court, he maintained.
