‘Jagran’ singer incites Hindus to be prepared for taking up arms on Modi’s call
Etawah (Uttar Pradesh, India), October 05 (KMS): Following in the footsteps of Hindutva hate preachers like Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, a ‘Jagran’ singer, Dharmendra Pandey has incited Hindus asking them to get ready for taking up arms for a ‘Hindu Rashtra’.

In a video circulating on social media, Pandey, who generally performs at ‘Jagrans’ (a Hindu ritual, mainly prevalent in North India, consisting of all-night vigil, songs and dance during a ‘puja’) at one such ‘Jagrans’ at Siddhartha Nagar in Western Uttar Pradesh asked the Hindus to be ready to respond whenever Prime Minister Narendra Modi gives a call for picking up arms.
Pandey can be heard saying to the audience in a viral video that the Prime Minister has tested you by asking you to hoist a flag on your houses, beating thalis and lighting lamps. You should all keep a sharpened sickle in your homes and the sisters should sharpen their tongs – you may need this when Modi gives a call for Hindu Rashtra, he further says.
As per reports, Dharmendra Pandey has been making similar provocative speeches in all his jagran performances.
Pertinenetly, Dharmendra made this contentious speech when former UP education minister Satish Dwivedi was sitting on the stage.
