Nine killed as wall of Army enclave collapses in Lucknow

Lucknow, September 16 (KMS): At least nine people, including three kids, died when an under-construction wall of an Army enclave collapsed, following heavy rain, in the Dilkusha area of the Indian city of Lucknow late Thursday night.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the victims were living in huts outside the enclave and were sleeping when the incident occurred.

The deceased include three men, three women and three children. The deceased men worked as daily wage labourers.

Two injured people in the incident were undergoing treatment at a hospital and doctors said their condition was stable.
