Srinagar, August 26 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) presented, today, the chargesheet against a Srinagar man in a court of India’s notorious National Investigation Agency (NIA).
The NIA in a statement said that today they presented charge sheet against Hammad Farooq, a resident of Kagazgari Mohalla in Nowshera area Srinagar.
The SIA has implicated Hammad Farooq in a false case registered, last year.
