India’s MiG-21 fighter jet crashes in Rajasthan, 2 pilots dead
New Delhi, July 28 (KMS): A MiG-21 fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed in Rajasthan.
The MiG-21 is described as ‘flying coffin’ among Indian Air Force personnel for its frequent incidents of crash .
The latest incident took place near Barmer in the Indian state.

Two pilots inside the aircraft are believed to be dead. The exact reason for the crash is yet to be known.
The incident took place at around 9 pm when the MiG aircraft was involved in a sortie over the Baytu region.
The debris of the aircraft was found scattered on a half-kilometer stretch in Bhimda village in Barmer district.
