KPL gives peace message to the whole world: Mushaal

Islamabad, July 16 (KMS): Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organisation and wife of illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyat leader, Muhammad Yasin Malik, has said that Kashmir Premier League (KPL) gives the peace message to the whole world.

Mushaal Mullick on the opening ceremony of second season of KPL, said, “Kashmiris are peaceful and freedom seekers.”

She also appreciated the organizers for having a catchy logo “Play with freedom” as this also relates with the Kashmiri movement “Live freely.” The organizers have given soft as well as diplomatic message through this logo to the whole world, she added.

She also suggested the inclusion of divided families’ youth of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) residing in Azad Kashmir and Pakistan as this will further increase the importance of this League because Kashmiri have their own identity.

There should be participation of international players as this will give a soft message that people are secure not only in the scenic valley but in Azad Kashmir too, she said.

Criticising the fascist Modi regime, Mushaal said Kashmiri people are also fighting Indian brutality with great courage. Kashmiris want freedom and Indian forces have become butchers in occupied Kashmir, she maintained.

Yasin Malik has been kept in solitary confinement, she said adding that there is no window in the cell where he has been imprisoned.

On the occasion, Mushaal Mullick was given a T shirt as a souvenir dedicated to her husband, Muhammad Yasin Malik, by the President of KPL, Arif Malik.

She wished to deliver this shirt to Yasin Malik. “I pray for Yasin Malik’s release from jail then I will give your gift to my husband Yasin Malik,” Mushaal said.
