Al-Moosvi concerned over recurrence of Islamophobic statements on Indian TV channels

Srinagar, June 17 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior APHC leader, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi, has expressed serious concern over the recurrence of Islamophobic statements on Indian TV channels.

Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi addressing a gathering in Badgam, today, said the insulting of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is intolerable and legislation is the need of the hour to stop this nefarious practice.

He said the respect for all religions and prominent religious personalities is a declaration of humanity, therefore, legislation should be done to prevent insult and humiliation of any religion and religious personalities.

The APHC leader said the Muslims across the world are looking for a strict legal action by the Indian authorities against the BJP leaders for their blasphemous remarks on the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
