NIA files fake charge-sheet against 4 JI members in IIOJK

New Delhi, May 13 (KMS): India’s  dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA)  has filed a fake charge-sheet in a court against four members of the  political and religious organistion Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir(JEIJK) in its court in New Delhi.

The  charge-sheet was framed against Javaid Ahmad Lone alias “Shalabughi”, his brother Aadil Ahmad Lone, Manzoor Ahmad Dar and Rameez Ahmad Kondu, which was filed in the NIA’s special court, Patiala House in New Delhi, a NIA spokesperson said.

They were charged with various sections of the black law, including  Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Arms Act,  the NIA spokesperson added.

The NIA said the case was registered against members and cadres of Jamaat-e-Islami, J&K, for their involvement in pro-freedom and anti-India activities.
