Indian police arrest three youth on eve of Eid

Srinagar, May 02 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, on the eve of Eidul Fitr, the Muslim festival celebrated at the end of holy month of Ramazan, Indian police claimed to have arrested three youth from Srinagar and Kulgam districts.

A police spokesman said that a youth identified as Yamin Yousaf Butt of Gadihama Kulgam was apprehended by Kulgam Police and Indian army.

Police also claimed to have arrested another youth in Nowgam area on the outskirts of Srinagar city.

The police spokesman said the accused identified as Shahid Gulzar of Muchwa Budgam was apprehended by Srinagar Police and Indian army.

Earlier, in the day police arrested a third youth in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district. Interestingly, all the three youth were arrested after being branded ‘hybrid militants’, a term specifically coined by the Modi regime for Kashmiri youth, suspected to be a less known pro-freedom organization, to justify their arrest.
