Srinagar, December 16 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed deep grief over the demise of religious and social figures associated with the organisation.
The deceased personalities included Khawaja Wali Muhammad Adil, father of Hurriyat leader, Musadiq Adil, religious scholar, Haji Peer Muhammad Amin Shah Bukhari Naqshbandi, the sister of AAC Zoonimar constituency president, Khawaja Ghulam Muhammad Butt, and Abdul Rehman Khosa.
The AAC, while paying rich tributes to all the deceased personalities for their contribution to society, expressed heartfelt condolences with the bereaved families, especially on behalf of its Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who continues to be under house arrest since 5 August 2019.
