APHC-AJK holds anti-India demo in Islamabad

Islamabad, December 03 (KMS): An anti-India protest demonstration was held under the auspices of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter in Islamabad.

The demonstration was organized outside the National Press Club in connection with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, today.

Hurriyat leaders addressing on the occasion said that India, under a well-hatched conspiracy, was permanently disabling the Kashmiris in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir by subjecting them to torture in interrogation centres. They added that Indian troops had deprived over two hundred Kashmiris of their eyesight through deadly pellet guns.

They said that India was continuing genocide of the youth in IIOJK. They also strongly condemned the Indian state terrorism and expressed serious concern over the recent killing of innocent youth in the occupied territory.

The APHC-AJK leaders said that Kashmiri people were rendering unparalleled sacrifices for a great cause of freedom from India and are committed to take their movement to its logical conclusion.

They said that the Modi-led fascist Indian government has put the peace of entire region at stake. India wants to change the demography of the territory to make the United Nations Kashmir resolutions ineffective.

The Hurriyat leaders appealed to the world community to impress upon India to stop state terrorism in IIOJK and settle the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.
