Opposition continues sit-in protest against suspension of 13 RS members in Delhi

New Delhi, December 02 (KMS): In India, opposition leaders continued sit-in protest for consecutive third day, today, against suspension of 13 Rajya Sabha members. Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi led the sit-in protest.

Rahul Gandhi on the occasion said, the Modi government is coward and cannot do justice with anyone. He said, the government is afraid of opposition’s questions in Parliament, so he escapes the discussion on any matter.

He deplored that the government has suspended 12 members of the opposition in the Rajya Sabha to avoid discussion in the parliament on the proposal of repealing the agricultural laws.

Rahul Gandhi led the opposition parties in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi outside the Parliament. Members of different political parties were holding placards in their hand with slogans against the Modi regime and were also raising high-pitched slogans against the present government.
