Solidarity expressed with families of martyred civilians

Srinagar, November 19 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Political Resistance Movement (JKPRM) led by General Secretary, Dr Musaib Ahmad, visited the houses of martyred civilians, Altaf Ahmad Butt and Dr Mudassir Gul, in Barzulla and Rawalpora area of Srinagar, today, and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.

Addressing the mourners, Dr Musaib said the blood of Kashmiri martyrs will not be allowed to go waste and their mission will be accomplished at all costs. He reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the freedom struggle till complete success

He condemned the continued Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory. He urged New Delhi to shun its rigid attitude and settle the Kashmir dispute as per the UN resolutions and Kashmiris’ aspirations. He also thanked the people of IIOJK for observing complete shutdown, today, against the killing of innocent civilians.

Meanwhile, a spokesman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League in a statement in Srinagar strongly condemned the extrajudicial killings and other brutalities by Indian troops in IIOJK. He urged the UN to take strong action against India for its brutalities in the occupied territory.

The High Court Bar Association of IIOJK in a statement issued in Srinagar appreciated the public response to the protest strike against the civilian killings in the territory.

It demanded a judicial probe into the Hyderpora fake encounter to bring the culprits to book. Hyderpora killings are extrajudicial murders by all imaginations and stretches of law, the HCBA said, and reiterated its solidarity with the victim families in their fight for justice.
