Mehbooba barred from visiting family of martyred youth in South Kashmir
Srinagar, November 01 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti was barred from visiting the martyred youth’s family in South Kashmir’s Islamabad district.
Mehbooba was scheduled to visit martyred Shahid Ahmad’s residence today, who was killed by Indian troops in Shopian district.
Mehbooba while talking to media said that she was not allowed to meet the family of the slain youth.
She deplored that whenever anyone was killed by Indian forces, no one was allowed to meet the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, a top police official confirmed that the PDP chief was not allowed to visit the place due to “security reasons”.
