Indian oppression has crossed all limits in IIOJK: Naqash

Srinagar, October 14 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Islamic Political Party, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash has said that the Indian oppression has crossed all limits and is flouting international laws.

Muhammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement issued in Srinagar supported the strike call given by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), tomorrow, against Indian atrocities and recent indiscriminate arrests and appealed to the people to make it successful.

He deplored that India’s atrocities were increasing exponentially but the world had remained a silent spectator. Indicting illegally detained Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi and her associates by involving them in fake and hypothetical cases is tantamount to violating international law, he added.

Muhammad Yousuf Naqash said killing of innocent Kashmiri youth in fake encounters is being carried out by India under a well-thought-out plan to deprive Kashmiris of their basic right to self-determination but it would never succeed in its nefarious designs.

He reminded the international community that whenever an American or international figure visited the territory, India created tragedies like Chittisinghpura to discredit the Kashmir freedom movement.
