JKPL stresses on Kashmir settlement through talks

Srinagar, August 26 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) has stressed the need for resolving the Kashmir dispute through sustained and result-oriented dialogue process between Pakistan and India.

The JKPL organizer Mohammad Hamza addressing in a condolence meeting in Srinagar said that the dialogue should be meaningful to resolve the long-pending dispute once and for all and the settlement should be acceptable to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that India should give up its imperialist approach on Kashmir, accept the harsh reality in the changing geo-political situation and settle the Kashmir dispute for ensuring durable peace in South Asia.

Meanwhile, the JKPL Vice Chairman, Syed Aijaz Rehmani, in a statement issued in Islamabad urged the world human rights organizations to send their teams to IIOJK and take stock of the grim human rights situation of the territory.
