IIOJK logs one more COVID-19 death, 106 fresh cases

Srinagar, July 27 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK),   one woman died of COVID-19 while 106 new -19 cases have been reported from the territory.

A woman died of COVID-19 in Kishtwar while 82 fresh cases were reported in Kashmir, 20 fresh infections were also detected in Jammu region and four in the Ladakh region during the last 24 hours, officials said.

They said a 79-year-old woman hailing from Patnazi in Kishtwar district died of co-morbidities and COVID-19 in the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu.

There are 35 black fungus cases in the territory while no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) has been reported so far, the officials added.
