Muzaffarabad seminar remembers Burhan Wani

Muzaffarabad, July 08 (KMS): In memory of Shaheed Burhan Wani, the Institute of Multi-Track Dialogue, Development and Diplomatic Studies organized a youth seminar in Muzaffarabad in collaboration with civil society.

The seminar was attended by university graduates and civil society activists. A large number of the youth, representing the fourth generation of Azad Kashmir, took keen interest in the heroic role of Burhan Wani, who has become an icon of resistance against Indian forcible occupations.

The gathering was addressed by Liberation Cell Director, Raja Sajad, youth leader, Raja Basit Ali, General Secretary of Scholars Foundation, Ms Samara Siddque and Dr Waleed Rasool.

The seminar, which started with the national anthem of Pakistan, was followed by the interactive session. The speakers threw light on the great contribution of Burhan Wani who transformed the resistance in 4th generation of Kashmir while paying the utmost sacrifice for freedom.
