Jammu, July 09 (KMS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, the ruling party of India, does not believe in democracy and freedom of expression as is evident from the persistent statements coming out the BJP leaders from across India and Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) against Peoples Democratic Party (PDP head Mehbooba Mufti for opting out of a meeting with the Delimitation Commission.
Dr Parneesh Mahajan, Convener Department of Training, BJP J&K castigated Mehbooba Mufti for not meeting the Delimitation Commission to what he called was going to pave the way for revival and rejuvenation of the ‘democratic process’ in the Jammu and Kashmir in ‘true letter and spirit’.
He also slammed Mehbooba Mufti for supporting initiation of dialogue with Pakistan.
Political experts while commenting on the BJP leader’s statement said that party is so communal and biased that it even could not stomach the demand raised by Mehbooba Mufti for restoration of Kashmir’s pre-August 5, 2019 status and supporting dialogue with Pakistan.
