Kashmiris’ sacrifices will not go waste: Khawaja Firdous

Srinagar, June 20 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, APHC leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Political Movement, Khawaja Firdous has said that the unprecedented sacrifices rendered by the people of the territory for the Kashmir cause will not be allowed go waste.

Khawaja Firdous in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India had re-activated its paid agents in the occupied territory to show the world that situation in IIOJK was normal.

He appealed to the people to be careful of the paid agents of India and do not come into their hollow slogans. He said, the Kashmiri people have given sacrifices for liberation movement and youth, children, elders and women have given their sacrifices to get rid of Indian slavery. He added that the people of Kashmir would continue their freedom struggle till taking it to its logical conclusion.

Khawaja Firdous said that the RSS-supported Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi was using pro-India Kashmiri politicians to implement its nefarious agenda in the occupied territory. He added that it was the responsibility of Kashmiri politicians not to compromise on Kashmir’s interest.

Khawaja Firdous said, India has illegally occupied Kashmir and it was better for India to come forward and resolve the Kashmir dispute according to the United Nations resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people by giving Kashmiris their birthright to self-determination.

He maintained that durable peace in the region was impossible without settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute.
