Aasiya Andrabi appears before TADA court through video-link
Srinagar, June 19 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the illegally detained Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi, attended the hearing of a false case registered against her in a TADA court in Srinagar through video-link from New Delhi’s Tihar Jail.
Additional Sessions Judge of TADA, Justice Manjeet Singh Manhas, was not present in the court. The case has now been listed for hearing again on July 07, 2021.
Aasiya Andrabi and her two associates, Naheeda Nasreen and Fehmeeda Sofi, remain lodged in New Delhi’s Tihar Jail following their arrest by India’s Notorious National Investigation Agency in April 2018.
