Concern expressed over additional forces’ deployment in IIOJK

Islamabad, June 10 (KMS): The Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Insaf Party, Haji Muhammad Sultan, has expressed concern over the massive deployment of additional troops by India in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Haji Muhammad Sultan in a statement issued in Islamabad said that the brave and freedom-loving people of Kashmir had vehemently rejected Indian military occupation and had offered exemplary sacrifices for the Kashmir cause.

He said, to frighten the civilians is a cowardly act of state terrorism and a brazen violation of human rights in the modern civilized world. He said, it does not suit a country, which claims to be the largest democracy of the world and is a signatory to the United Nations Security Council resolutions, to resort to farcical moves to terrorize the besieged people.

Haji Muhammad Sultan, lauding the valour and vigour of the freedom-loving people of Kashmir, castigated the Indian fascist regime for using repressive and oppressive measures to suppress a legitimate political and peaceful movement.

He urged the United Nations to impress upon India to stop gross human rights violations in IIOJK and create a conducive atmosphere for the final and everlasting solution of the Kashmir dispute according to the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
