Srinagar, May 01 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their continued acts of state terrorism, martyred 46 innocent Kashmiris, including five in custody, during the last month of April. Those martyred also included one woman and two children.

The Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, six Kashmiris disappeared or went missing during custody, 118 were arrested and 139 persons were injured when the troops subjected them to severe torture.

Seven women were molested by the occupation troops, three were widowed and seven children orphaned.

During the month, the troops destroyed or damaged 23 residential houses with heavy mortar shelling during siege and search operations.
