London, July 08 (KMS): The Executive Director of Kashmir Centre London, Professor Nazir Ahmed Shawl has condemned attack by Indian troops on journalists while performing their professional duties on Saturday at Soura in Srinagar.

Professor Nazir Ahmed Shawl in a statement in London termed the attack as an attempt to strangulate freedom of expression and truthful reporting. He saluted the journalist of occupied territory for working in an atmosphere of coercion and hostility and maintained that the use of force against journalists speak about desperation of the puppet authorities.
