Protest against regime’s anti-people policies in IHK

Srinagar, July 16 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, employees of the Road Transport Corporation have again started agitation against the puppet regime’s anti-people policies.

The employees also staged a protest sit-in in the corporation’s complex to press for their demands.

The Chairman of Workers’ Union of the corporation, Shakeel Ahmad said that the authorities were exploiting the employees, adding, “Our drivers were dragged out of their homes. They have been working hard day and night. But they are being denied their dues.”

Earlier this year, the employees had gone on a 35-day strike to press their demands which had resulted in tremendous hardship to the commuters, particularly the school-going children, who were forced to fend for themselves.
