Srinagar, May 03 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has emphasised that pro-India political parties are pursuing the policy of perpetuating Indian illegal occupation.

Syed Ali Gilani was addressing a public meeting at Zainakote Chowk in Srinagar after leading the Gaibana Nimaz-i-Jinazah of Sajjad Afghani and others.

Calling all the pro-India politicians as chips of the same block, Syed Ali Gilani cautioned people against their gimmicks and chicanery, adding, “They use the Kashmir issue to garner votes and grab power.”

“It was pro-India National Conference leadership that confirmed the illegal instrument of accession of Dogra Mahraja with India thereby pushing us into the quagmire of slavery, Syed Ali Gilani said, adding, Mufti Muhammad Sayeed’s Peoples Democratic Party was another name of Congress and this party had been from the very beginning raising hollow slogans.

Regarding coming so-called assembly polls, Syed Ali Gilani said, “Those asking for votes from people are all killers of Kashmiris. These people have been bringing shame to the whole nation by indulging in sex scandals and other devilish acts.”

Meanwhile, Hurriyet leader Zaffar Akbar Butt condemned the killing of a teenaged boy, Irshad Ahmad, by a speedy CRPF vehicle in Wathoora, Chadoora. He also denounced the police action against the family members of the deceased boy who were protesting and demanding action against the CRPF personnel.
