Police, troopers harassing innocent people in IHK: Gilani

Srinagar, May 12 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has deplored that Indian police and troopers are continuously harassing Hurriyet activists without any justification.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement in Srinagar pointed out that at the behest of pro-India leaders innocent civilians including women and children were being ruthlessly thrashed to terrorize them and prevent them from attending pro-liberation rallies. He strongly condemned such inhuman actions.
 
Meanwhile, APHC leader, Zaffar Akbar Butt held a meeting at Matyrs’ graveyard in Chanapora and paid glowing tributes to Latif Ahmad Lone on his 14th martyrdom anniversary. He said that Kashmir issue got highlighted and world felt need to resolve the dispute because of the sacrifices offered by the martyrs.
