Nunnaji stresses upon meaningful talks to settle Kashmir

Srinagar, March 18 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Secretary General of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front-R (JKLF-R), Muhammad Saleem Nunnaji has called for meaningful and result-oriented tripartite talks to settle the Kashmir dispute once and for all.

Muhammad Saleem Nunnaji in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the true leadership of the people of Kashmir should be included in the dialogue process, as any talks without the participation of Kashmiri representatives would not succeed.

He castigated the occupation authorities for using brute force against the people of the occupied territory, adding that such tactics could not deter Kashmiris’ resolve to get freedom from Indian bondage.

The JKLF-R leader also condemned the illegal arrest of Hurriyet leaders including Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Massarat Aalam Butt and Rafiq Ghanai.

Nunnaji appealed the international human rights organisations to take note of the worst kind of human rights violations perpetrated by Indian troops in the occupied territory.
