No peace in sa without Kashmir solution: Mirwaiz

Srinagar, April 30 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that peace in South Asia would not be possible without resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with Kashmiris’ aspirations.

Mirwaiz in a media interview in Srinagar said that the APHC believes in an amicable resolution of the dispute lying in the implementation of the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council or by the tripartite talks between India, Pakistan and genuine leadership of Kashmiri people.

Holding the Indian government responsible for failure of the talks with the Hurriyat Conference, Mirwaiz said that it was rigidity shown by New Delhi on various issues that culminated into the deadlock. "The government of India is neither sincere nor serious about resolving the Kashmir dispute," he maintained.

Meanwhile, inaugurating the Hurriyet’s tehsil office in Sopore, today, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Shabbir Ahmed Shah said that nobody would be allowed to undermine the sacrifices rendered by Kashmiris for their right to self-determination.
