Srinagar, June 14 (KMS): Senior Kashmir leader, Syed Ali Gilani condemning the transfer of forestland by the puppet regime to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board, has said that India wants to change the demography of occupied Kashmir by settling non-state subjects in the territory.
Syed Ali Gilani was addressing a seminar at Taj Hotel in Srinagar, which was also addressed by advocate Mian Abdul Qayoom and leaders of Traders Federation, Transport Union and Chamber of Commerce.
The speakers said that India was pursuing Israeli strategy to change the majority of the territory into minority. They maintained that Jammu and Kashmir was a disputed territory and warned that nobody would not allowed to occupy their land, adding Kashmiris would fight against any such move.
The speakers pointed out that on one hand Indian troops were subjecting the people of occupied Kashmir to worst kind of state terrorism to suppress the ongoing liberation movement while on the other Kashmiris were being deprived of their forest and agricultural land in line with a well-thought out conspiracy.
