Troops martyr two more innocent Kashmiri youth
Srinagar, April 19 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court Bar Association has warned that illegally detained Kashmiri prisoners languishing in different jails are suffering from life-threatening diseases. The Bar spokesman in a media interview in Srinagar said that a six-member delegation led by the Bar President, Nazir Ahmed Ronga has returned to Srinagar after its visit to 13 different jails including, Kathua, Kot Bhalwal and India’s infamous Tihar, Rohini and Agra prisons.
The spokesman pointed out that due to the inhuman environment and sub-standard food, the condition of hundreds of illegally detained Kashmiris was very pathetic and some of them were suffering from cancer and other ailments of serious nature. He appealed to the United Nations and world human rights organizations to send their teams to these jails to take stock of the condition of illegally detained Kashmiris.
Senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani in a statement in Srinagar maintained that the Kashmiris had been offering sacrifices for their right to self-determination promised to them by the United Nations and also by India. He maintained that the Kashmiri martyrs’ sacrifices would never be allowed to go waste.
Meanwhile, Indian troops in their fresh acts of state terrorism martyred two more innocent Kashmiri youth during a military operation at Warnoo in Lolab, today.
